As Admission Liaison Officers, our overall mission is to provide education and counseling about the opportunities at the Academy and the various AFROTC installations. Our end goal is to recruit and motivate outstanding candidates for USAFA and AFROTC programs. As students progress through the application process for either USAFA or AFROTC, the assigned ALO will perform three major functions: - Counseling and advising - Helping with the application process - Evaluating the candidate’s ability to succeed
